How much does a WhatsApp chatbot cost?
With Abdullah Bin Tahir, WhatsApp chatbot setup costs $349. Meta's messaging fees and the chatbot platform are billed separately by each provider.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp business number?
Usually yes. The number is moved to the WhatsApp Business Platform. It can no longer be used in the regular WhatsApp app at the same time, so we plan the switch together.
Can the chatbot take orders or bookings?
Yes. It can collect order details, check availability through your booking tool and send confirmations.
What happens when the bot cannot answer?
It hands the chat to your team with the full conversation, and can notify someone by email or Slack.
Can I send promotions to customers on WhatsApp?
Yes, to customers who opted in, using templates approved by Meta.
How long does setup take?
