How much does a Webflow website cost?

Most people asking about price really want to know two things: what a good site should cost, and what changes the number. Here is how I think about it.

The main things that drive the price

  • Number of unique page layouts. Ten pages built from three templates cost less than ten completely different pages.
  • Design. Building from your finished Figma file is faster than designing from scratch.
  • CMS. Blogs, case studies, team pages and listings need collections and template pages.
  • Motion. Simple reveals are quick. Scroll-driven storytelling and custom GSAP work take longer.
  • SEO and migration. Moving an existing site means content transfer and a redirect map for every old URL.

Typical starting ranges

These are the starting points I use for Webflow projects. Every project gets a fixed quote after a short call.

  • Launch, from $500: up to five pages with a custom design, responsive build and basic SEO.
  • Growth, from $1,200: up to twelve pages with CMS collections, motion and full on-page SEO.
  • Scale, from $2,500: larger sites, migrations, advanced animation and integrations.

Ongoing costs to plan for

Webflow site plans are paid to Webflow directly and include hosting and security. Many clients also choose a monthly care plan for updates and small edits, which starts from $75 a month.

How to get an accurate quote

Send a list of the pages you need, any reference sites you like and whether you have a design or content ready. With that, I can give you a fixed price and a timeline within a day.
